Having the same problems as others: stuck on 'downloading new files'. I've tried all of the suggestions from Tech Support. I left it on 13 hours and it was still stuck, I retried and retried many many times. Anyone else have this issue with downloading the game, how can I fix it? I spoke with the tech support, and to summarize what I have done here is his response: I recently had to change my router for an unrelated issue and after installing a new router, I can now install any blizzard download file fine. No longer getting stuck at "downloading new files", it appears my router was blocking the connection. Hope this helps any of you who are still dealing with this issue. But DONT pause the download, just close it and make sure you end all blizzard processes. Then go back into your folder, delete the new destiny 2 folder it just made and replace it with the original one you moved to your desktop. The Blizzard downloader is a P2P client, even if it has finished downloading it stays open to let others download from you.
